Terms of Service

Bulletin is a public platform where people submit products and receive structured feedback from the community. It is designed to help builders validate ideas through signal, not hype.

Bulletin is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, pause, or shut down at any time.

You must be 18 years or older to use Bulletin.

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity performed under your account

I may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform or its users.

Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Bulletin, including:

• Product descriptions
• Evaluations
• Profile information
• Images and media

License to Bulletin

By submitting content, you grant Bulletin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, display, and distribute your content
• Analyze and rank content
• Use content for operating, improving, and promoting Bulletin, including screenshots, demos, and marketing materials

This license ends when your content is removed or anonymized, except where retention is required for platform integrity or legal reasons.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, abusive, hateful, or misleading content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent products
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Attempt to bypass safeguards or manipulate metrics

I reserve the right to remove content or restrict access that violates these rules.

Bulletin does not pre-moderate content.

I operate moderation on a best-effort basis:

• Content may be reviewed or removed after being reported
• I do not guarantee response times or outcomes

I am not responsible for user-generated content, but I reserve the right to remove content at my discretion.

If you delete your account:

• Your account will be soft deleted
• Personal identifiers may be anonymized
• Public contributions (products, evaluations) may remain visible but attributed to a "Deleted User"

Bulletin does not guarantee hard deletion of all historical data.

Bulletin uses analytics to understand usage and improve the product.

Analytics tools and infrastructure may change over time without notice.

Bulletin is provided "as is" and "as available".

I make no guarantees regarding:

• Uptime or availability
• Accuracy of data or evaluations
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use the platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use Bulletin (if any)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

I may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Bulletin after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
